Two specific claims within a month. First was AC that required trips to diagnose, order parts ( shipped wrong part) requiring a third trip. Keith (technician) was great, communicated on each step and was very timely. Office staff was very courteous and helpful with scheduling and follow up. Second claim was on our refrigerator. The GE technician was on time and accessed that refrigerator could not be repaired so AHS agreed to replaced the unit. There seems to be little oversight by AHS on the assigned contractors, who often don't show up or call back.
We've had good experiences with them on our dishwasher and freezer.
