American Home Shield has covered parts for my water heater and air conditioning unit. Every time I got service appointments within a day of making my claim. The claim process is easy, their rates are reasonable and their staff is professional. Overall I would recommend AHS in every way. They bring a sense of security for when things go wrong and they cover so many things.

Repairman on time and efficient. The only issue was the necessary part was not available and we had to wait for nearly two weeks for the part to arrive and schedule another appointmnet.
