Great warranty company that actually covers what they say they will cover. I have had appliances serviced through them a few times and they have been easy to work with. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that they make it very hard to exit the contract.

After you get trough the wait due to high volume the-service was positive and they were able to get a provider to come promptly
Above and beyond what was expected in and out quickly , answered all questions and explained why we were having the problems we had , will definitely use them again

Seems like rates have gone up and we pay for little things not being to code. I have mixed feelings
I have done one claim with them so far and it was surprisingly easy which I appreciate. The last thing you need when you have a problem with something in your hone is a difficult claim process.
