It was very easy to submit a request and I was so surprised. There was a leak in the arm of the showerhead and it leaked into the wall. The guy who came out, Corey, was wonderful. He found that leak in zippity doo. I've also had a painter and a contractor through American Home Shield, and they were incredible. The workers are so good and I'm very pleased with all of them who have come out.

American Home Shield was recommended by someone we know and they showed up in advertising. The process for submitting claims works well. They were honest and they said would only pay for a certain amount of the Freon. But in this case, the renter didn't understand a few things and thought it was the air conditioning's fault. I got American Home Shield on four or five houses right now. Others should definitely get a home warranty when they have a house 'cause they fix all that good stuff. Instead of trying to find a repairman, I just call American Home Shield and that's nice and easy. My rekey experience with them was good.
