The cooling was low with my air conditioner. I filed a claim through the website and the timeline and contractor was really good. The air conditioner is working fine for now. The air is cool again. Overall, I had a good experience. It was quick to log the request. The request was assigned immediately and the contractor was really knowledgeable. He fixed the problem very good.
I went online and filed a claim when the air conditioner was not working. Ambient Air is fantastic, because I had another home that I used them on. As a matter of fact, when I sell the HSA warranties there, I tell them about that contractor and how good they are. The roofing contractor on the other hand is horrible. The only problem we have is trying to get them on the phone. It usually takes at least 50 minutes.
I love having the insurance but i hope the rate is gonna go up. I've used it once & a couple of months later the rate went from 42 to 58 dollars & this is the time of the covid.
Reasonable priced and they have covered all our home problems so far.

It was easy submitting a claim with American Home Shield. I spoke with their rep. There's always a little confusion online and the site always wasn't easy. I'd end up calling. Expert Pools came and replaced the upper portion of the filter. It had broken. It took almost two weeks to get that out. Everything is working fine now and the pool's clean. I submitted the claim Friday night and the guy was out Monday. He diagnosed the problem right away and in 15 minutes, had it fixed. Everything worked properly. We're very well-satisfied with American Home Shield. We’ve been with them close to 30 years.
