Technician was professional and repair was taken care of without any hassle.
We bought the house last October and I had a switch in my house that every time you turned it, it would pop off a breaker in the circuit breaker box. So, we were checking what was going on and what was causing that to happen. The technician from Ryco Electric came out and when he took a look at it and examined it, he realized that the people who sold us the house wired the outside light incorrectly. They came through and got my AC repaired in 110 weather. Their staff is great.
American Home Shield is easy to use. They're quick to respond and so far, very worth the monthly amount that I pay. I've told a few of my friends to go with them and they were rather shocked that there was even the ability to do that. My boss told me about this as did other people at work. Very prompt appointment and very professional
American Home Shield is very good. It's very easy to submit calls. If I ever have an issue, I can call up the 800 number that's on the website. I've always been able to speak to somebody to help me out with any issues. Recently, Richard's Appliance came out for my refrigerator. I submitted the ticket on a weekend, talked to them Monday or Tuesday and got it scheduled. They called me half hour before they were gonna arrive here so I could kinda put the dogs away. We're happy with our plan with American Home Shield. We called them and their contractors came right away. The contractors that AHS sent out for our AC were very good. There was a broken wire and it was a straightforward and easy fix. The experience was very good. But I got a bill for something that I already paid for and I had to wait for them to call me back and it took an hour and a half. Other than that, we're in good shape.
They always have provide great service for the items that insured, they have professional contractors. Though, lately, it's been hard to talk with somebody on the phone.
Except for breaking one of the shelves, everything went well. They replaced the shelf.
