I like the warranty plan but have an issue when having to call customer service. The last 4-5 times that I have called in there has been a language barrier causing a problem with fully understanding the reason for my call/ service request.

The repairs were completed however it's difficult to flush using the handle. I didn't attempt to flush the toilet myself while the technician was present because he flushed it in my presence. Someone needs to return and allow for easier flushing.
It was quick and efficient experience. AHS addressed our issue quickly and the company we work with was fantastic as always.
