I have always had excellent reponse. LL When my furnace wouldn't come on in the middle of the a very cold winter the service company called immediately and fixed shortly after. I just used again for my dryer that needed service. The service company called within an hour of putting in request. They setup a time, the tech was here at the time we set the appointment and fixed the dryer, workers wonderfully now.
