Unhappy with the lengthy time to get service on my refrigerator, it went out and took over two weeks to get a service advisor out to service out problem

They started off at 5 Star in identifying problem and placing replacement. Then they cancelled the replacement order for some silly reason. Then was surprised with excellent service of fixing the problem by one "Joel". Final delivery was good but for a dent on the back side of the fridge. We accepted since it was not visible on placement.
