Very good but some of their contractors dont want to do business with them. Most of the time its the good ones.

I have used them once since initiating a warranty service 5 months ago. So far, so good. The only reason I chose 4 stars versus 5 is the customer svc contact approach -it's an automated system and you have to select "sales" prompt just to get a human on the phone. Other than that, I highly recommend.
