For the most part they have been very responsive but in a few cases it has been a challenge to deal with them

We have had policies with this company for multiple homes that we have lived in. We have also had policies with them for homes and apartments that we used as rentals. They have been easy to communicate and they have covered things that have broken like hearing and air conditioning systems. HSA is very good. However when my propane line was leaking I couldn't call them because of the emergency situation. But for all my other standard repairs they have sent excellent professionals.
