I was told incorrectly on the last claim. I was told it would be covered. It wasn't. I should not have paid for the request. As I was told incorrectly. I would have never scheduled a service if I wasn't told incorrectly.
Coverages and experienced vendors, one thing that could be improved is stop outsourcing customer service overseas

They were prompt with service. The tech explained everything he needed to do, was very clean during and after the visits. While he did have to order parts, as soon as they arrived, he came back and fixed my fridge and icemaker within a day. He was very quick, and Jessica, the receptionist/manager answered my calls and made sure that the schedule they had worked best for me.
