called them once and they had a company call back right away...Fixed my problem andI was well satisified... I have a another company that I use on my other house in MO... I switched it to AHS just yesterday

Generally okay; however, plans have been getting increasingly more expensive. When I first joined, my plan was $35. Now it's $75
