When needed, they deliver, not a lot of double talk or delay. For the most part the vendors assigned have been very acceptable. Customer over 13-15 years and two different homes
Old refrigerator in the garage quit working. Repairman determined that a short was causing the refrigerator to trip the ground fault switch. He could not find the short and recommended American Home Shield replace the refrigerator. We received a gift card from Lowes to buy a new refrigerator. Totally thrilled with American Home Shields customer service response.

They were efficient about helping me with my issue. The plumber who came to my house was knowledgeable , professional and efficient. Integrity was the name of the company and I would recommend them highly, also professional
