AHS adds plenty of value for their service. For example, their max coverage is less than their service fee, at around $68 per month, has given me great piece of mind. Like many homeowners who've bought existing homes recently, the appliances that are left behind, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc., tend to be in good working order and usually of a decent look, so we keep them around.
