Our first claim was smooth. The second claim has been very frustrating and we were almost scammed out of $300.

My air conditioner went south this summer and the contractor was on it the same day. I am happy to say it was fixed the same day!

We were serviced the very next day, however, issue was only temp fix due to faulty part which was discovered later when we had to call for service again. We had to wait over the weekend (water heater) to have the faulty piece replaced then issue was resolved.
