We have had a great experience with AHS overall these past three years. I only dropped a star because AHS recently increased our premiums but did not communicate that to us ahead of time. I received an email May 17 letting me know that our warranty would be renewed & our credit card charged in June for the upcoming year... but there was no mention of an increase in fees. We had problems with our refrigerator called American Home Shield. They sent a Tech out to look at refrigerator and decided that we needed a new refrigerator and sent us to Lowe's to pick out a new one.
