They have sent out experienced companies to fix any issues. If I had a problem with a contractor they were quick to resolve the problem.

Not willing to replace when an appliance broke down multiple time. It took 2-3 weeks to repair
We have been please with outcomes but, getting to the outcome/resolution can be very difficult. We will consider switching to a local company that makes communication a priority.
