Professionalism and experience and on time
My husband is a retired Realtor and we decided to get American Home Shield. We haven't been with them very long, but we've been pleased with them. One time, our air conditioner went out. I called American Home Shield and when spoke to somebody, the one I talked to was very nice. Greenway Home Services then called and said when they would be out. It was supposed to be from 1:00 to 5:00, but then they got here at 6:30. I wasn't upset about that, but I was surprised that they stayed that long and worked past 5:00. It was hot as... read more
I have to say that I really love having American Home Sheild as my warranty company. I put in my request for a problem with my air conditioning and they responded right away. I called the company they chose and they came the next day and fixed my air conditioning. It was so easy!
Home Shield is very good. When the plumbing was leaking here in the bottom and the ejector was not working, we had a guy from D2 Plumbing come out and fix it. But we were not satisfied when they sent someone out for the electric bell and fire alarm. The electrical bell was not working but the guy said that it was not electric. It was just a battery bell. The purpose was to fix the electric bell but he did not fix that. Secondly, we had a fire alarm and he said that it was a new one so he did not fix that on the roof. The fir... read more
They took care of the problem I had at my home
My air-con wasn't working. I called American Home Shield and I was told when to expect Airsmith Pro out. They were pretty far away. I was a little concerned. But they were fine when they came out. American Home Shield is good. We like them. Sometimes, I have a little hard time, but it is okay. They took good care of me at the lake house. We’re very pleased with them. I have four contracts with them and soon to be five. I’m buying another piece of property.
Quick, efficient, and courteous. Job completed in timely manner
American Home Shield is outstanding. When we called to ask for help with our A/C unit that had stopped working during the recent very hot days, they connected us with a local A/C contractor within several hours and the unit was repaired rapidly. Thank you AHS...we are no longer sweating while we watch TV.
Customer Service is excellent, and would recommend them to family and friends
