American Home Shield is working well for us and I'm very satisfied. I like the fact that we can schedule stuff online. But my husband wakes up in the crack of dawn and calls AHS early in the morning because he wants to speak with somebody. I like the fact that both options are available. We loved our tech from Douglas Pacific Services, the contractor AHS sent. Our tech called when he was pulling up in the driveway. Air & Water Solutions was incredibly great. My air conditioning broke, and the people from this air conditioning company that came were very kind. I'm dealing with the pandemic without air conditioning and they came right away, and they fixed it. I would recommend the contractor 10-plus. He saved me when my children weren't feeling well with the air conditioning. So I wanna make sure his company gets the credit. As far as American Home Shield, sometimes you can't get a person. It's all electronic and that's annoying.
The guys you sent some of them takes so much time. We had a garage door request, it’s still not come to finish it. But for the appliances, they come on time and very happy with their service
