My husband and I were married and moved in here 18 years ago. The house came with the warranty and we kept it going. American Home Shield's service has been absolutely wonderful. I like their response and how quick it is getting someone out as well as the quality of people that come out to service. The online app is great too. They send emails for follow up saying that you were scheduled and your work was completed so you know when something's closed. Very happy with the service from American Home Shield. They were very prompt in getting someone out to services my AC, and the company they had sent out was so friendly.
My air conditioner stopped cooling and JPB came out. They indicated that I needed a new fan and they got it and then they replaced it. They did a good job. I also had an issue with the refrigerator that AHS fixed. I also got them to do some maintenance work, like checked my air conditioner and heater in advance of the season.
AHS has good coverage
A-US Air Conditioning of Texas was quick. The tech was right on point. He came as soon as possible and also, he came early in the morning. Before the time, he was waiting outside the home. He got the issue right away and fixed it. He changed the capacitor and he was out in 10 minutes. American Home Shield is a little pricey but most of the times, they try to send the right people for the right problem.

We used to have a different company which we had for a year. When it was just about a year, I contacted them and told them we hadn't received a renewal notice. They said they were not renewing us because I guess we had a couple of claims and they decided they didn't want us anymore.
