When I reported an electrical problem the next day it was solved. My microwave was replaced for a new one.
You have to be very specific when setting up your appointment.

I currently own the systems plan with AHS. So far, I've utilized them 5 times on issues at the house. Each service request was resolved quickly and professionally. I would highly encourage anyone who is considering signing up to go ahead and do it. I believe I've saved almost $3k out of pocket costs with this plan. It's a NO BRAINER.

My experience has been good; i had some issues. However when these issues were addressed they were resolved. Now your over seas personnel are obviously reading from a script, Not realizing what they are saying and what they are hearing....
