I'm new to American Home Shield, but so far they've shown me to be an excellent choice for a home warranty. I did a lot of research, and they're the ones who stood out as the best. They have since proven to live up to their great reputation.
I am very happy so far with the responses I have received
My air wouldn't come on. I had a waiting time with no air in the house for three days and then I had to wait on somebody to come out and call me back to set an appointment. I had to call them myself because nobody responded after a couple of days. It was a power issue with the outlet I had somewhere else in the house. The tech from Comfort Experts located that, but I thought that when they came out, they were supposed to check everything on the visit.
Very good service. Prompt attention to problem and resolution. Follow up excellent. Like that I can contact AHS 24/7.

Quick turn around and great customer service
The AC wasn't cooling and the provider came and diagnosed and assessed it. It went well. They were able to make a fix. However, it was temporary because the same problem occurred. So they're coming back out tomorrow. Overall, I've been pleased with American Home Shield. It's very convenient, especially having the internet access. We submit the claim and then we usually get pretty good response. But because of COVID-19, it's taking longer for people to come out because providers are pretty busy.
