I requested repair for my stove and received an immediate response from American Home Shield. The repairman came to my house the next business day. He had to order the part so I’m not finished yet. So far, everything has been great.
I like American Home Shield. They were good and we've never had any problems. I've had them maybe a year and a half at this location. We also had them previously at a house we owned before for quite a few years. It was really easy doing my claim online. But I had an issue where I ended up having to call American Home Shield and get the initial company assigned to us switched to Cutting Edge. The claim submission process was super easy. I just fill it out online and boom, it’s done. I've dealt with both American Home Shield and AMP Mechanical a couple of different times now and they've both done very well.
Home shield provided excellent Customer service, was truthful to their word and worked with me diligently throughout the process

Good coverage, relatively easy to work with, not 5-star because phone call waits are ridiculously long (an hour long every time), need to hire more operators.
