Affordable, dependable and knowledgeable
AHS's whole team has been professional. Recently, my upstairs AC unit wasn't cooling. The motor was broken and it was extremely hot. I called American Home Shield and their tech from Southern Comfort HVAC came out to do service. The tech saw the problem and had to submit the information to AHS. There was a portion of the cost that I had to take care of and he came back and took care of business. AHS should keep Southern Comfort in its network.
H & C Electric came out and replaced the bad breaker that we had. They were done in about 15 minutes. It was a super easy claims process.
Very professionally managed. I was kept up to date with the process from beginning to end.
