Took a long time to eventually have the work done.

When technicians are scheduled to come out home shield does not follow up to see if the visit has been completed. Instead you have to call to ask questions when you have not heard from the technician in a timely manner. Customers spends resources with American homeshield & not the technicians. Also when the job is complete a lot of times no work has actually been done but instead you are receiving advice if no work is done the customer should be refunded
Claims paid ratio is good along with good vendors
AHS has always responded to my needs in a timely and helpful manner.
