I've used my home warranty on many occasions, and I'm very pleased with their customer services offered.
The first time Air Boss came out for our AC, they found a leak in the evaporator in the handler in the garage and they put some more freon in it. They had to come back for the solution. They didn't have any in stock. It was a matter of a few days until they ordered it. They put that solution which was supposed to be a sealant leak, some kind of special solution they had that if it's leaking a little bit to seal it up.
