I have always received quick service when I have called for service.
They replied back really quick and I was a little nervous because other people have told me they had issues with them.
Fast & friendly service & great customer care
The pool heater wasn't working and I just called American Home Shield. They were prompt in telling me when I would get a call back and they told me when the contractor would be out to do the work. Arrow Pool came out and did it. The experience with AHS was great.

I filed the claim with the rep, paid the deductible, and she scheduled someone to come out right away. It was pretty easy to do. The contractor came and they did a great job. They were very friendly and very professional. It was a good experience.
