The technician was on time, friendly and very professional. Within a matter of about 20 minutes he had solved the problem, cleaned up and was ready to leave. I was very pleased.
My dishwasher stopped draining and there was a loud sound that was occurring when I ran it. There wasn't any problem submitting the claim but there seemed to be an issue with American Home Shield's portal. It indicated the company that was going to be doing the work but I didn't hear from them. When I called them, they said that the portal hadn't sent the claim over to them yet. A-US Air Conditioner of Texas came out for our AC issue. They were on time and did a good job. The service of AHS has been fine as well. However, it would've been nice if there is a box to tick online if the claim is for an emergency. Our claim was handled quickly and fortunately, I was able to contact the company directly to make sure that they knew. I will be renewing my contract with AHS.
The washer was throwing some error codes on the display. My wife called Home Shield's 800 number and everything was pretty clear. It was a pretty good experience. Home Shield said the contractor would be out in three days. That seemed to be standard, but relatively quickly. Pro Services came and was very polite, and was in and out very quickly. Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with it. We have clean clothes now. That was our third service call and we have been very happy with all the results we have received.

Aaron Pools came out and replaced the seal on my pool pump. I have to call back because they replaced the lid on there but it's still leaking water. But it is working right now. The claim went pretty good. So far, American Home Shield has taken care of all the issues that I have had with them. I've had them for a couple years now.
The plumbers who came out to fix our garbage disposal were extremely professional, courteous and competent. They accomplished the job in a short amount of time. Now, we have a brand new garbage disposal, replacing a very old one that was here when we bought the house almost 20 years ago.
We had an issue with the garbage disposal. I submitted a claim online to AHS. Their website was faster than trying to get an agent on the line. When I submitted it, it said that a contractor would call me within 48 hours. The contractors came and they did a pretty good job. I didn't have any complaints about them. Everything is working since then. I haven't had any problems. I have good experience with AHS as well.
I've had American Home Shield for about 15 years and it's easy to submit a claim to them. Their contractors come out within 24 hours. Recently, Sun Powered Solutions came and fixed my swamp cooler. They were very prompt and pretty much on the timeframe that they gave me. They guy was in and out within 15, 20 minutes.
