I wish I could request who AHS chooses to provide service when I call. It would be good to have a choice of the company! It makes it better for your customers - especially when we have had the provider before! When we develop a relationship with the provider, we feel more comfortable knowing who will be answering the call for service.
Needed to use this warranty on a few occasions. Always quick response and problems resolved quickly and fairly

Getting customer service assistance is a challenge when addressing a non-standard issue. Getting a live person that can fix or even address problems is also challenging.
