The electrician came on time, quickly diagnosed and solved the problem AND explained what had gone wrong (to help us avoid such problems in the future).

They are not accessible by email if you have a problem. Waiting on phone, then the representive doesn't always get it right. We had a problem with the first contractor, Certified Comfort HTG&Air. We bhad to pay for a second contractor South Placer HVAC, to come out and finish the work. They were excellent. and finsh the work.
It was easy to get in touch with your company and you addressed my needs quickly and effeciently.
They are quick to respond and assign a job. They will try to fix anything before replacing it, but they will replace anything that fails after trying to fix it.
