I had a great experience with McCormick Mechanical. They were the contractor American Home Shield sent out for a claim I made. The gentleman who came out was professional and was on time. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was great at communicating everything that he was doing and how he was doing it as well as why he was doing it. He actually gave me some education on the three or four different coolants that are out there currently and what's coming around the corner. Timeliness and professionalism and Accuracy
The washing machine was rocking terribly during the spin cycle. The contractor had to come out a couple of times because they thought one part was going to resolve it but several parts ended up getting changed. Once they replaced everything they thought they could, it still was having problems. That was when they deemed it irreparable. The technicians were great. They were quick to come out. The technicians have arrived quickly, done their job perfectly, and we have never had an issue with the repairs done. They are unfailingly polite and professional, and ourvservicecwithbthem is far better than any local company we have used in the past.

Contractors are knowledgeable,able to assess & resolve issues;fees are reasonable.
When we had a issue they fixed it! They we prompt with a reply and a service called within 24 hours to set up a repair time.
