I had American Home Shield when I had my townhouse and now again with my single family house and didn't have any problems when I need service for my appliances.
Happy with company for the most part. I received assistance when needed but serveral times I had yo speak to customer service and manager to get issues resolved. It is very difficult to get a manager and to understand customer service. One of the issues is a language barrier. Also, monthly rate change annual. I was with another company and the rate never changed.
Every interaction has been handled timely
The service is a hit and miss gamble. It's getting too expensive as well. The money I pay you would have paid for news appliances. Getting ready to drop the service soon.
I have heard wonderful things regarding AHS and was finally able to financially afford it. Do reasonableally priced for this single Mama. I needed to call in because my AC went out and the service was immediate. Website was so easy to use and connect. The repair man called almost immediately and my AC was fixed the next day. Unbelievably easy.
The service and the technicians have been excellent, on time and efficient.
Fast service and quick response for our replacement fridge.

American Home Shield is an awesome resource. They are a little slow moving, but they always come through to support the customer by standing by their word. "If they cannot fix it, they will replace it."
