good and bad. No followup telephonically, some contractors good, some not responsive, not top companies in this area as in other areas. I have referred 3 people and one had to wait 1 month after calling daily AC response for the work he started.
Always spot on and notifications are sent out immediately to the service provider.
Long wait times for customer service. Need to have a better selection of local plumbers and contractors in my area..
