American Home Shield was outstanding. I called in my claim and it went very well even though it took about an hour (I waited on the phone for about 50 minutes). When Swift Appliance Repair came out, the guy was very good because he took one of the units’ capacitor out and replaced it. It took him 45 minutes and he fixed the unit. It’s been working ever since.

Such a great experience with AHS. Our A/C has stopped working last week . We filled out on line to request the A/C repair service and got the appointment right next day. The A/C tech come over to diagnostic the problem from the compressor , So they replaced the new compressor to fix the problem quickly and even providing an follow- up service the day after to make sure the A/C problem has successful resolved . I called American Home Shield and it was easy. The wait on the phone was not very long -- the conversation was longer than the wait time. The tech from Liberty Appliance Repair was very professional and helpful. He had to come out twice. Once, he fixed the ice maker and the cooling unit itself. On the second time he had to come out to bring a sensor to make sure that the problem did not reoccur. I've been with American Home Shield for a while and I've had no problems. I submitted a claim with them when one of our AC units was not pumping out cold air. I filed it on a Friday and they were here maybe on Monday or Tuesday. It was easy and pretty quick. Then the guys from A/C Rescue were good.
I am very pleased with the quality of the equipment provided by AHS for the repair as well as the repair time post the vendor receiving my HVAC equipment. The customer service hold times are no less than 45 minutes without a callback option which is unfortunate. You\'re often speaking with someone in an overseas call center who cannot provide any real assistance but just notes on your account or transfers you to someone stateside which often takes no less than another 35 minutes of hold time.
