My service order was executed in a timely manner. Once it was determined that my appliance needed to be replaced it only took a couple of days and I received my Lowes voucher via email. It was a seamless experience.
Fast response time. My dryer stopped working and 2 days later someone came out and fixed it.
I signed up with American Home Shield around 10 years ago and have never had any difficult dealings with them. They have been excellent in all aspects. Since signing up with them, I have had to call them 6 times to fix various appliances such as our washer and also the dryer, a water leak coming from our fridge, the garbage dispenser, and recently, our air conditioning unit. Mostly good experiences and outcomes. I do still have a microwave I'm not happy with. So they're about 6 of 7 on needed repairs here. That's still pretty good!
