Repair company did a good job. They had a heavy workload but kept us informed in relation to their timeline. I gave American Home Shield a recommendation of 8 because they raised out rates.

In general Home Shield has been very helpful referring contractors to my home to fix things that break. There is one contractor who is not being helpful in Buffalo and is badmouthing Homeshield and I am trying to make Homeshield aware of this but otherwise I have gotten a lot of help from Homeshield and I am happy with them.
