GilTech Appliance came out and the tech got the job done in no time. He did the job right and everything’s working. I’ve worked with him before and he’s fantastic. Home Shield is also fine. I had some issues, but I understood them eventually. They’ve been doing great.

The contractor who came out for the dishwasher and the oven was very professional. He had a mask when he came in. He also had things on his shoes and gloves. He was fully prepared, very quick and thorough. The first time he came in, he was able to completely do the dishwasher. The second time, he had the oven working before he left, but I happened to call him before he left the driveway because when I tried to turn it on, it didn’t turn on.
