Good company - Has saved me thousands over the past 20+ years. My only recommendation would be to keep track of past repair vendors used or provide an area for preferred vendor when placing an order for service.

I heard that American Home Shield had a good reputation and so far, my experience with them has been pretty good. Recently, I had an issue and I submitted a claim online. Their website was fine and they sent out All In One Appliance Repair. The techs were very professional and very good. I didn’t have any problems at all.
I submit claims with Home Shield online and it's been very easy. And the contractors they've sent out have been very good. A-US Air Conditioning of Texas had to clean my coils in my attic and they did a good job with our AC claim.
My service calls are always scheduled immediately
The warranty was affordable and they have been timely, efficient, and kind.
