This s based on my experience with your company and the contractor you use. I have a work order that was put in since September and haven't got my washer and dry fixed. More importantly have been able to g thin contact with the contractor to get an update on when it's going to be fixed. This is inconvenient me to have to go to a laundromat for the past few weeks as I wait, not knowing when my washer and dryer will be fixed.
Service was very good . Product got here quickly. Was pleasantly surprised. Service was timely.
It's very simple you pay the bill you have a problem you call for service irvis they scheduled an appointment come out and repair or or replace
AHS responsiveness was great, but the plumbing company sent out was a bunch of ignorant crooks. They tried to scam my wife and didn't even snake the drain per the request.
