JR Plumbing and Mechanical was pretty quick coming out. The tech was a little hard to understand but you could understand him. He was a really nice guy and professional. He came out on time. It's easy to submit claims online, except for the fact that sometimes it’s a little confusing with the choices. There should be more to the choices.

It's very valuable to have home warranty. I've used it maybe five times. AZ Remodeling & Plumbing came and they were knowledgeable and very professional. It was something minor, but they took care of the plumbing issue. It's working now.
