I would say before it wasn't the best but the last 2 visits was excellent
I have been with AHS for decades, they are prompt, professional and courteous. Each claim has always been repaired quickly and professionally. I have never had issues with any of the repair technicians that have performed repairs nor have I had to make a second call; just one call or online request and within a couple of hours a technician is assigned and repair is scheduled.
Great experience with claim. Easy to use.
They are responsive, however getting the contractors out in a timely manner is sometimes impossible
