They have been prompt, pleasant and professional.
My garage door started acting strange. I called AHS and they immediately set me up with a specialist that called me in less than an hour. They came the next day and took care of the problem. Without AHS I probably would have wasted a lot of time and money trying to get my issue resolved. I have been a customer with them for about 6 years now. I'm glad I signed up for AHS Coverage.
I have had great experiences. Not sure if one of your contractors ripped me off, but I reported it and its in your hands. Would like to know if they did or not?
Everything was timely response from AHS and the contractor were within 24 hours.
They always get me in quickly, never had a problem with them repairing things, the guys that come are always super nice and the lady that calls before and after is always so nice. This is a great company.
Customer service was excellent. The representative who helped didn’t end the call until he made sure the issue was taken care of.

The pricing goes up every year although having the service to fix appliances is very convenient no matter how old the appliances are
