Technician came to residence, evaluated situation, and ordered parts. In the process of repair, he discovered another issue, ordered the parts and completed the task in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with American Home Shield.

American Home Shield provides a valuable service for home buyers. I highly recommend this service to buyers, especially when the home is older and not covered by a builders' warranty. Do be prepared that there is a monthly payment for services, as well as an additional payment for any needed professional repair. But the fees may be considerably less than the repair would be otherwise. As a real estate professional, I have written in American Home Shield to most of my transactions over the years. Highly recommended.

I called about my garage door opener. They communicated with my and worked into my schedule. They sent an experienced technician. I had to have additional work done on the door itself. Now I barely hear when the door opens.

Gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a blanket policy that is fast, friendly and efficient. Several times I have needed small and large appliance repairs. The subcontractors that respond are trustworthy and either fix what's wrong or recommend replacement. I have partnered with AHS for 5 years
