AHS handled the claim very quickly and efficiently when my refrigerator was no longer working. AHS could not get the parts that they needed to fix it and gave me credit toward a new refrigerator. It took about a week. The only slowdown was because of COVID. They backlogged on the refrigerator I wanted and it had to be ordered. AHS did a really good job and I was very pleased with them.

I was well pleased with American Home Shield. The air conditioner just wasn't working. It was about three days 'cause it was the Memorial weekend. My daughter submitted the claim. She handles things like that for me. The first time that I had to call AHS, I did not care about that person that was sent out. But I understand that he is not working for AHS. Quick response and use quality service companies
we recently had a refrigerator failure and they handled it very quickly and professionally even while we were under "Shelter in Place" guidelines. The repairs were going to be very costly so they offered a "Buyout" and the amount that we got is extremely fair. So far we are VERY pleased with American Home Shield
When the tech came out, he said the water wasn’t coming from the AC. He said they usually have the condensation directed out into a bathroom but they didn’t do it in this case. They had it directed outside and it happens to come out right where the air conditioner unit is, so it’s pouring out there right on the ground next to the air conditioner unit. He said the water is supposed to vent out somewhere and that’s where they have it venting out. So there wasn’t anything to be done, but it was a good enough experience.
