The process they have now online is easy and you can call if it's something that is not covered in there. They have been good as well as their follow-up. Leo Tech quickly came to check what the problem was with the washing machine, which was making a noise. The word the contractor used was normal wear and tear and that some parts needed to be changed. They reported to AHS, and AHS came to the conclusion that the part cannot be replaced because the company had discontinued that model. They replaced the washing machine.
