Had no issues until my A/C stopped working. For the prior week, temps were in the 90's and forecasted to stay the same. It was acceptable to them that I had to wait 7 days for an "approved" technician. Although I have been with them for over 15 years, I cancelled my renewal and purchased a contract with a company that allows me to choose ANY licensed and insured A/C company.

This year American Home Shield service has been a lifesaver for me I needed repair or replacement on three major appliances my refrigerator my oven and my washer dryer combination each was repaired and American Home Shield did their best to make this happen expeditiously

In the end they came through with soving my problem but it took 1.5 years. and 5 service calls for a hundred buck per replacing the ice maker 5 times. Then I got to talk to the lady is purchasing. She was amazing and in about a weeks time she got my new appliance delivery taken care of . I give her 5 stars plus 5 more. Thank you.
