I like American Home Shield. They came and put the sockets in for me, and then they came and got the ceiling fan up. The only thing I’m lacking out is my oven and my dishwasher. They still don’t have the parts of the oven. They already came out and looked at it. They said it got lost. I talked to a lady to see if it had come in. She said she's on office break. I need my oven as I cook now at home. Other than that, I got a stovetop, all that's put in. I tell people that AHS is good.
My ceiling fan was acting up so I went online and filed a claim. Home Shield's website is very easy to navigate. Everything was right there to put the claim in and it was easy peasy. JT's Electrical Services contacted me within a few minutes of me submitting the claim. They let me know when they would be coming through, which was a few days later, and they came as scheduled.
