The tech that came out for our furnace was very, very respectful. I loved the fact he took time in his truck before he even came out. He came out with a mask, glove, and had boots in his hands to put on because he was on his shoes if he was going to go into the house. Our furnace is down in the cellar, which is an outside access, so it was much easier in that realm. They were polite and helpful on the problem and set up a repairman and not charge the second time at no charge to me. The first repairman did not fix the problemphone to resolve the problem
