Customer Service can be improved upon. I had a hard time understanding a non English speaking representative. She was very polite but her lack of knowledge was soon in her choice of words used to assist me. I found it very difficult to understand her and follow her reasoning.

My issue was 1/2 fixed. The service technician was friendly, but we found out a week later that the problem still exist.

So far, so good, although I have only been in my new home a month. Long hold times on the phone, but you can schedule online. Unfortunately, my gas fireplace wasn't covered - it isn't working and so that is a big disappointment. They are generally friendly on the phone. Response times from the professionals they hire are very good, and the issues have been resolved quickly. I am glad I purchased the warranty!
I've used them several times & have been very happy with the results.
