I had to recently use my home warranty for an issue at my residence. The claims process was very straight forward, communication was great, and the company that they sent to my house was very professional, prompt, and took care of the problem quickly.

The wait time to talk to someone when getting a replacement appliance is way too long. I spent over 4 hours one day and then another 4 hours to let them know I would take the appliance offered. The women I spoke to were very nice and knowledgeable. No problem with the reps, just the wait times were ridiculous. I have a job too and for me to be on hold that or anybody something needs to be done there.
