I love my AHS policy. The only thing that keeps AHS from being perfect is that the process of getting a repair done usually follows a particular pattern: the service person comes out and diagnoses the problem, then says they will check in with AHS before they will schedule the repair or order the part or whatever. Then there will be like a week, sometimes two, sometimes three, when nothing happens. Eventually, I will get a note from AHS asking me to review the service I received, usually before the repair has been completed.... read more

The service is good and the contractors are knowledgeable. But they don’t cover AC freon very well.
