I have been with American Home Shield for like 3 years and used it on several occasions. I haven't used it for about a year but noticed you had a notification a tech was on their way with a name as well. I wish that if there was a company I like that's in the American Home Shield family that the website would let me choose them. Or maybe a list of local companies in my area so maybe I could choose. Customer service is very good, contractors are professional, they don't cover all expenses like is represented in their ad but they do cut the total cost of repair down, the coverage is pricey. We have used our warranty twice and we are ahead of the annual cost compared to cost of repairs
Good company, prompt and get the job done
much improvement from previous years. I stayed inspire of frustrations but things have improved.
