The service is good and the contractors are knowledgeable. But they don’t cover AC freon very well.

Consistently meets our needs in a timely mannet
I have been with American Home Shield for like 3 years and used it on several occasions. I haven't used it for about a year but noticed you had a notification a tech was on their way with a name as well. I wish that if there was a company I like that's in the American Home Shield family that the website would let me choose them. Or maybe a list of local companies in my area so maybe I could choose. My only complaint is the company that was picked to come out did not do residential calls on the weekend. Well my AC went out on... read more
