We bought this house two years ago and put in all new appliances. When we did a certain function with the microwave, it tripped the breakers ‘cause they were on a single circuit. We couldn’t figure out what it was. I requested a service and American Home Shield sent me a response saying that AXUS would call to set up an appointment, and they did and followed through. So far, they've been quick with sending contractors to my home
We’ve had a couple things happen and American Home Shield's service has been pretty good. We had an icebox that went out and we didn’t realize it was covered. We also had an oven and a cooktop that went out and we didn’t realize they were even covered under the policy when I read it out and looked at it. So we already had it all fixed. But it wasn’t the company’s fault. We just paid to have them replaced. We had an air conditioner fail three years ago.
