I have only had to use them 2 times since we have lived in the home. And part of what was needed to be done wasnt covered both times. Its helpful to have but I wish they covered more services.

American is quick to respond , sets up your service call and gets someone to fix your problem
Wish the companies doing the actual services could repair sooner. A lot of waiting between schedule visit order part then reschedule when part arrives for appliances repaired!!
